This part of the site, still under construction, will be devoted to the great harpsichordist, organist, conductor, and early music pioneer Gustav Leonhardt (1928—2012). The first installment is a bibliography of his writings: books, articles, sleeve notes, prefaces and introductions to various publications, and editions of music. It is intended to be followed by a full discography, and a list of the most significant interviews with Leonhardt and other writings about him.

For help with tracing some hard-to-find items I am indebted to Messrs. Thomas Donahue, Harry Joelson-Strohbach, Gaëtan Naulleau, Paul Thwaites, and Jed Wentz.

Any additions and corrections to the present bibliography will be very much appreciated. → Contact
